Alpha Pi
ANAD Week
During the spring semester, a week dedicated to Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders (ANAD) is hosted by DPhiE throughout Southern's campus and the Alpha Pi's social media accounts.
Each day, there is a hashtag dedicated to self love which allows sisters and members of the Southern community to participate and raise awareness for a philanthropy that is dear to the heart of Delta Phi Epsilon.
Tabling events, such as Trash Your Insecurities and selling ANAD accessories promotes awareness, while raising money for the cause around campus. Our Eating Disorder Panel and ANAD vigil are also hosted throughout the week to allow conversations, personal experiences, and information to be shared about eating disorders.
Our annual event, the Comfortable In Your Genes Fashion Show, has participants from Greek Life and F.A.C.E models who get dressed up and walk the runway as a fun way to fundraise and raise awareness for this philanthropy.
